A PLATFORM DEDICATED TO THE CHEFS FROM THE REFUGEE FOOD FESTIVAL
This platform was developed by Food Sweet Food with the precious support of UNHCR Innovation Service to showcase the talents and culinary heritage of the chefs who participate in the festival, to highlight their stories and cuisines, to provide information on the legal framework surrounding refugee employment in France, and to make connections between restaurant owners and cooks from the Refugee Food Festival, through Food Sweet Food.
The Refugee Food Festival is a citizens’ initiative created by Food Sweet Food and supported by UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.
