CAPE TOWN 2018
For the 3rd edition of the Refugee Food Festival, Cape Town joined the list of cities whose restaurants welcomed refugee chefs for a few days, for delicious culinary collaborations!
From June 16th to 26th, no less than 13 chefs worked with eight restaurants to give South Africans a taste of Ethiopian, Angolan, Congolese, Palestinian, Bangladeshi, Somalian and Rwandan flavours.

In the casual atmosphere of one of Cape Town’s best markets, Yodit served her Ethiopian food to a great number of highly satisfied taste buds.

Chefs’ Warehouse & Canteen is used to serving various types of cuisines on their ever-changing menu. To the great pleasure of guests, Patrick’s Angolan cuisine was more than up to the challenge!

At The Power & The Glory, people had to come early to taste our two bakers’ Palestinian biscuits, which sold out within a few hours!
